About this camp
Kids love potions. This week the young campers explore chemistry by creating potions that change color, fizz, bubble and smoke, learn about polymers, make non-Newtonian fluids, and study the power of magnetism. Older campers conduct laboratory experiments involving chemical reactions, experiment with polymers, create metal crystals, and explore electricity with circuits and magnetism with ferrofluid. Campers should bring two snacks, lunch and a water bottle each day, and wear close-toed shoes.
