Yoga and Art Camp

Our Yoga and Art Adventure Camp blends creativity and movement for a week of fun and learning! Camp will include yoga poses, games, music, and art projects, all while learning stress management, meditation, and mindfulness techniques. Campers will get to make their own Mala beads, lavender eye pillows, and more! We wrap up with a favorite activity: Glow in the Dark Yoga – an unforgettable experience for kids.
