Every camp provider is reviewed before their listings go live. We confirm organization details before approving a provider account, and camps flagged as "Verified" on Recess Sync have completed that review.
Camp detail pages show a trust score alongside average parent ratings and written reviews from families who booked through Recess Sync. Reviews are tied to real bookings — we don't allow reviews from accounts that never registered for the camp.
Payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor used by millions of businesses. Recess Sync does not store your full card details on our own servers.
We collect what we need to match your kids with eligible camps and handle registration on your behalf — school calendars, ages, and interests — and nothing more than that. See the full breakdown in our privacy policy.
